Only complaint was that in description of area it stated it was in walking distance to several places downtown Branson and it is not. The main reason we booked it was for the downtown location but after we got there we loved the lake view. "

"Ryan was great with communicating with my husband and I! Everything was what we expected and more!! The house was absolutely gorgeous and clean! Plenty of space for the kids to play and adults to hang out! We didn’t have to leave the house since all of the fun was in one spot! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back! "The house was beautiful. Only complaints we have are.. The hot tub did not get warm The bathroom sinks didn’t drain well Some of the showers didn’t drain well When we arrived there was a bad odor, we bought candles and febreze to take care of the problem. Couldn’t get the TV to work in main room! Honestly we were there to rest because we were gone all the time. Have stayed at many of Adam’s properties and this has been our least favorite. Also, bring extra toilet paper!!"

"Our family of 39 (23 grandchildren) were ably accommodated. Bunk bed rooms gave great places for cousins to connect along with the two game rooms and two decks of activities. We enjoyed conversations in the top deck overlooking the lake. Kitchens were well stocked and made it easy to prepare meals and clean up. The indoor pool gave another activity for the grandchildren as we were there in late fall."
