"Fabulous location minutes from the city centre shops and local restaurants. On entry, reception desk location is easy to miss as its in a corner snd not easy to see from the entrance. We had to ask reception to increase the heating as we were unable to adjust within the room. Need to do a bit more work with housekeeping, dropped a ring on the floor and had to move th bed, which highlighted that the space underneath hadnt been cleaned in a while. The room is spacious and beds comfortable. ...

"The hotel is a beautiful building. Full of architecture . It is very close to the town. The bed was hard but we managed to sleep. Nice and warm in the hotel. The coffee was great. We had dinner. It was a very good buffet. Breakfast good too. "

"The hotel was clean and the rooms although small, had everything we needed. The only issue we had with the rooms were the pillows. Not enough support even though they looked the part. Breakfast was very nice and set us up for the day and was reasonably priced too. All in all, we'd give this hotel a thumbs up. It was well located for the centre of Birmingham and although it has parking, we booked a space at the car park next door, in the VIP section, and we're very pleased."
