"Had a wonderful 3 night get-away with my hubby. Location was amazing. Much quieter beach spot than down at the main public beaches. Anna Maria is a really fun island to explore. Saw a baby sea turtle, some baby manatees, fireworks, beautiful sunsets and a gorgeous rainbow on our last morning. Host was great and property was well equipped for our short stay."

"The property was great,inside and outside, house very clear and a lot of sun lights. Has everything you need. Beach equipment was a plus.Very close to the beach, just 2 short blocks. Area is super nice, quite, relaxing, safe. No night entertainment, almost everything close early. My fly and i had an incredible time. Beach is beautiful, clear water, white sand. Green turtle store has a huge amount of souvenirs.I felt in love with Ana Maria Island."

"The cottage was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked great for most our needs. It was just a short walk to the beach. Just a couple minor suggestions and this cottage would be exceptional. I thought it could use few hooks by the shower and sink for towels. While there were an abundance of linnens,which is nice but it left little room for storage of clothes and personal items in the drawers. Overall it was a great experience and we would consider staying here again."

"Nice little place with a short walk to Brandenton Beach. Our only problem was intermittent Wi-Fi and inability to connect to the internet and stream to the main TV. When the Wi-Fi did function, it was very slow. The property manager and "IT guy" were unable to fix it during our stay. No other problems."

"The location was nice only you cant see the beach from the room like the pictures show. I thought i would be able to walk out the front door and see the beach thats one reason why I booked this location. Also all the equipment is old and frail. Ripping apart from the sun. It raind and we were on the back patio and wanted to put the umbrella cover for the table but it was broken so we had no protection fprotection from the rain. . But it was ok for the price i guess."

"I had a business meeting in Bradenton area, and was able to booked the condo at last minute for my trip. The house is beautiful, one and half block from the beach, and half block from the coast. The balcony, settings, decoration, appliances, are beautiful, and up to date. A lot of very clean towels, we left everything as cleaned as received when we left, and treated the house like our own homes. Highly recommended for serious people, this is a very well maintained property, worth the money...

"We loved the location of this unit. Very close to some of our favorite spots (Kokonut Hut, Wicked Cantina, and Bridge street)! I did have a "moment" with the elevator where it was stuck between floors. Once it finally opened, we never rode it again. And the unit was not very cool, the cooler/dehumidifier put off more heat than it actually cooled the room. Since the weather was cool, it wasnt a big deal for us to just use the fans provided.
