Lovely trail for little ones to follow around grounds. Breakfast was simple - would be great to add some fresh fruit and yogurt options to go with buffet. Would definitely stay again. "

"The secluded countryside location was idyllic, contemporary room with extremely comfortable bed. A bench outside the lodge would have, in my opinion, added to the experience. The staff here were fabulous and a special thanks goes to the guy behind the bar who helped me back to my room, a real gentleman. I would recommend a stay here for anyone looking for old fashioned and quintessential english welcome and experience"

"This Property was family run and most definitely had the personal touch I was looking for. Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to make our stay happy and welcoming. Food was great and service was very professional. Nothing was to much to make our stay comfortable. Room was clean and accommodating for our needs. All in all fantastic for the money."

"Very well presented hotel in central Rye, right on the high street. Great well appointed room with a luxury en suite and super comfortable bed. The bar was great and gives you the option to drink after the pubs shut (early in Rye). The restaurant was well designed and decorated like the rest of the hotel though we eat at Fletchers for dinner. The hotel’s breakfast was the only thing I wouldn’t give 5 stars for but it didn’t spoil our stay particularly it was just wasn’t very tasty or...

"If you enjoy country style B&B and can stay in the inn you have all the ingredients of a British pub experience. The food was exceptional, the staff happy and enjoying their jobs. A must stay in Kent if you have the time."
