"Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. "A beautiful place to stay. We loved the history of the tower and it looked magical lit up at night. Communication was great and staff were helpful. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. We walked to the tower from Padova centre and also walked to our concert venue in the evening. We wished we could have stayed for longer. "
