"The hotel’s location is excellent, right near a vaparetto stop. Staying at this hotel gives you a small taste of life in Venice; challenging! You might have to carry your luggage up to four flights of stairs. Many of the rooms will hear party noises (coming from the bars and restaurants around it) most of the night. "The property was clean and spacious and well priced for the area, but would have benefitted from a map on booking as it had no signage and was difficult to find and as an apartment had no staff in the building. Also no tea or coffee, which could have been made clear on booking"

"Love the place , really jn the centre of venice , near the canal & all . Room is cute & cozy , the only thing we didnt like was - there was no lift , and our room was in the 3rd floor ; quite hard to walk up after a long day . We’re on for 1Night only , so it’s fine . "

"Clean and close by to the train station, 5 minute walk. Great location for a short visit to visit Venice. Room and bed was clean. Washroom was clean there is no stand-up shower there is a handheld shower head. Could use an update in the shower as there was a bit of mildew. Common area was nice and clean , there is a fridge, stove and kettle. Overall the place was fine if you just need a place to sleep. "
