"Clean and close by to the train station, 5 minute walk. Great location for a short visit to visit Venice. Room and bed was clean. Washroom was clean there is no stand-up shower there is a handheld shower head. Could use an update in the shower as there was a bit of mildew. Common area was nice and clean , there is a fridge, stove and kettle. Overall the place was fine if you just need a place to sleep. "

"The Expedia ad for this property was completely misleading. It fully lacked mentioning that this was a shared unit with multiple other guests. I booked this thinking that we would have the apartment to ourselves, but there were other guests there. It was very similar to a hostel, even though it was not listed as such. Furthermore, the building is completely under external construction, and it is very noisy in the early mornings. The bathroom facilities were very old and the shower was leaky...

"A simple check in process. Excellent location within minutes of restaurants/bars and a quick walk to all the major sights. Property was very clean and the kitchen well-equipped. The only issue was the noisy entry system that sent video and audio into the room when other guests were trying to enter. It made for some interrupted sleep. Other guests were also frequently loud in entering the property. Shame as this spoiled the accommodation somewhat. "

"It’s a lovely property which has been newly renovated good amenities. It’s in walking distance from mestre station making it easy and cheap to get into Venice. Would recommend and stay again. "

"Not sure who is to blame but the room states 12.30 check in not correct. Also room states tea & coffee stove & dishes in room not correct. Only in common area. Over all very disappointed. Small room with no comfortable chairs."

"This isn’t actually a hotel. It’s an old walk up apartment in a lousy area. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen. The area is not good (drug addicts hanging out in the park down the street). It’s fine if you’re trying to save money and not stay directly in Venice. But I don’t know not recommend otherwise"
