"A simple check in process. Excellent location within minutes of restaurants/bars and a quick walk to all the major sights. Property was very clean and the kitchen well-equipped. The only issue was the noisy entry system that sent video and audio into the room when other guests were trying to enter. It made for some interrupted sleep. Other guests were also frequently loud in entering the property. Shame as this spoiled the accommodation somewhat. "

"The Expedia ad for this property was completely misleading. It fully lacked mentioning that this was a shared unit with multiple other guests. I booked this thinking that we would have the apartment to ourselves, but there were other guests there. It was very similar to a hostel, even though it was not listed as such. Furthermore, the building is completely under external construction, and it is very noisy in the early mornings. The bathroom facilities were very old and the shower was leaky...

"Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. The neighborhood was really really loud throughout the night and also did not feel safe. There was no temperature control in the humidity of Venice which made it really difficult to sleep well. "The owner is very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and comfortable. Very close to the main street. Lovely rooftop patio. Elevator small and slow but thats ok. Breakfast was basic continental but good selection. Overall good value for the money. We were here before a cruise. We could see the ship from the roof. "

"I booked the Easy Downtown Inn and only when I arrived did the host tell me that the place was not available and took me to another accomodation that I would have never booked on my own. No discount was given for the inconvenience and I had to share the area with another family which I did not intend to do."

"The property was nice. In a nice quiet suburb. Only a 20 minute public transport ride to Venice. We got one bedroom in a three bed apartment. Each bedroom locks. There is a shared bathroom and dining room. The bed was super comfy. My only qualm with the place was that the door to get into the apartment was a bit difficult to open. The host was also super wonderful! Great place for the price you pay."

"Not sure who is to blame but the room states 12.30 check in not correct. Also room states tea & coffee stove & dishes in room not correct. Only in common area. Over all very disappointed. Small room with no comfortable chairs."
