"They staff were all really friendly and efficient. The booking and paying was not good at all. I had paid upfront and they asked for it again. I was double charged for food and when I queried it I was refunded but it takes up to 6 days! If I hadn’t queried it, they would have taken it. The hotel blamed Expedia but I am not so sure as this is the second time! This spoiled my stay! "

"We stayed in room 109. It’s was a lovely big room and much nicer than expected, however, you could hear the music from the restaurant. It wasn’t loud, but quiet, constant bass. Funny thing is the music in the restaurant wasnt at all loud, it was just unfortunate the sounds travelled upwards. This wouldn’t put me off staying again."

"Lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was larger than expected and the bed so very comfortable. "This is the greenest hotel we have been to. We saw green stuffs everywhere, green walls, large green recycle bins, homely and low key low carbon count and Kind of English style furniture. Plenty of organic foods at the Cafe. Certainly not Ritz but comfortable and Neat and Easy here. A perfect haven for people tired of exuberance."
