"Was close to all the shops amd transport. Staff were friendly and curtious. Two things that were quite up to par were the cracks appearing , amd the enclosed balcony leaked some water when it rained. One saftey issue would be fron the bedroom out there was a little slope which normally is ok but for my mother it was abit of a safty issue. Otherwiae great place. "

"My wife and I stayed at the Garden Retreat for a month while exploring Sydney and visiting some family. We felt very safe in Bondi Junction. The location is close to bus and train transportation that services all the key sights to see. We were very comfortable in our apartment and it had all the amenities to make our months stay perfect! We strongly recommend the Garden Retreat to all our Canadian friends!"

"a cheap and nasty bed that collapsed in the middle. filthy carpet and old shag rug. Water stains on the ceiling. When I complained the owner said we weighed too much to hold the bed and it was only for one person. I decided to come later, but would have expected a hotel bed for a premium price would have a bed to comfortably sleep two people - after all it was queen size. Three days later I am still recovering from a sore back. Not happy"

"We left the property. Its bathroom / laundry abd toilet are in one very small opening. Bathroom in shower and roof were full of mould. It was so tight you had to squeeze between the shower and basin. The toilet was behind the door. No air con and is on the second floor. Sun blaring in. It was a sweat box!!!. Had to very small fans on the floor neither of them had coverings to protect the fan. No where to even put them. No side draws. Living space and kitchen nice but you can not stay in there...
