"We really enjoyed our stay during our short holiday. Staff was very friendly and professional. Our room was spacious. The only problem we had was air vents blowing dust.The room was quite dusty even though housekeeping cleaned the room,it was accumulating on surfaces.Allergic people like me might struggle a little bit but it’s definetly a small problem."

"I like the Mercure because most of the staff was nice. Except the belle spa, multiple times I tried to get a package to relax. And was ignored. Multiple times. The food was great though and staff was always cleaning. "
