"Out vacation stay was far from great. No cleaning was done in our apartment, no one came to greet us or advise who to contact if we had any problems. I came across a few problems and went to the reception only to be told to speak to the person I booked the room from. I tried explaining to them that I booked through Expedia and they seemed not to know what that was. After some back amd forth they provided me with a name & number. Lady said that there was no cleaning service for the apartments. I...

"This apartment is a scam! I arrived here from the airport just to find out there is no room waiting for you. The front desk does not know anything about your itinerary and good luck getting a hold of the so called owner! Terrible experience which I will be taking high up and I want a full refund because I was not able to check into this apartment at all"
