The staff is amazingly friendly and nice! My room was on the second floor, a bit noisy and window was just to interior airconditioners. But the stay was still good. Jeezy on staff was so kind and helpful to me in particular. Thank you staff!

Greatest place to stay in Bocagrande. Staff make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Always other options, but the staff at Oz wouldn’t be there to take care of me.

The staff was helpful. Especially the attendant’s Kewarv was so attentive to our needs. He was kind and smiled a lot. The front desk staff were helpful but lack good energy, they did not smile enough. The breakfast was good and the staff was good and made sure I had enough coffee. Simply amazing! The most favorite part of my stay was the staff. They’re were absolutely warm, friendly and welcoming. We were received with a delicious fresh juice and lunch. The beds were so clean and soft. On the last day I ate in the islands and my stomach was gassy. The hotel staff was very attentive- they told me they have a doctor in the installations that can see me. They offer it - that’s the best part. This is my first time I meet such a friendly and collaborative staff. I would come back to Cartagena. Thanks for making my stay incredible.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing! Great location one block away from the beach plenty to do in a safe walkable area affordable. My only wishes is if they had a pool.
