"Ac and shower was great after a long week in the islands . Staff very nice . They sent out my laundry great price . Pool was a nice addition. Only reason not 5 stars is because elevator was broke and carrying luggage to floor 3 was hot and hard. Location is great food and fun and beach right there "

"Glorious grounds, beautifully lit up at night. Loved the deer, cats, peacocks, parrots and cats wandering the gardens - and the friendly toucan, who came to the bar for a drink. The hotel room was spacious, not in the latest decor but perfectly fine. The food was plentiful and the bar menu was delicious. Easy taxi ride into Cartagena and for access to the Rosario islands. Wonderful destination for winter sun but brush up your Spanish! "
