"We didn't fancy driving home after a long day travelling so we booked this place for the night, arrived around midnight after our flight from Egypt. Super easy to find, 5 minutes drive from the airport. Room was ready for us with the key on the side, room was cosy and had everything we would need. Decor was great. "The staff were very friendly. Our double/twin en suit room was modern, spacious and spotless as well as being nicely decorated for Christmas which, was a lovely touch! Breakfast has to be pre-ordered and options were minimal but the full English we had was satisfactory, served quickly and hot. Free parking on the property was very handy and the train station as well as bus stop are a very short walk away. It only took 20-25 minutes or so by bus to get in to Bath town. "Visited for a family funeral recently and the staff were so kind, polite and helpful. Greeted with a smile at every occasion and a warm Cooke on check in. Breakfast was lovely, not greasy and plenty to choose from. Gym was well equipped and air conditioned. Pool was warm and clean. I stayed in the newly refurbished rooms which were clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful. The bed was large and very comfortable. I will definitely be staying again if I require a hotel in that area. Thank you for a lovely stay"
