"The lodge was perfect. Spotlessly clean and pretty and everything you could need. However what made our holiday absolutely perfect was the garden the lodge is set in. Stunningly beautiful, magical grounds that you could see from all sides of the lodge. With a folly perfect for an outdoor fire and BBQ. Central to all of the North East and Durham attractions. I have been twice now and can’t wait to go again. Magical!"

"Lovely little property in excellent condition and well located. Kitchen has everything you need and well thought out, property was lovely and clean and well kept. Booking was simple, communication was good. Would highly recommend "

"Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion."

"I was a little bit skeptical about booking as it seemed amazing value for money. I went ahead and wasn't disappointed. Very clean and well equipped. Walking distance to metro, shops and a few bars etc. wouldn't hesitate to book again if I needed to stay in Newcastle."

It had everything we could need including a Welcome pack - Information about house, wifi code, heating instructions, local area, busses, shops, etc. The moment we opened the door it felt welcoming, smelt nice, was warm, clean & immaculate decor. So many little extras :- UHT milk, tea bags, coffee, washing tablets, plenty of loo roll, tissues and more besides. "Apartment was lovely was a few chips and stains but to be expected for the price! Lovely receptionist very helpful. Parking easy and accessible. "

"Overall, very good. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. A couple of details would improve it - more hooks for clothes during a longer stay, and a waste bin under the desk would be appreciated. I would stay at Roomzzz Newcastle again."
