"Greeted by the lovely Danielle on reception who is a credit to the hotel, we had another lovely stay at the hotel. We are regular visitors to the copthorne, mainly on a Sunday, food is great and rooms are really comfortable. The car park is ideal and its a bonus that you get a discount for being a guest. We will definitely be back soon"

"on arrival the room was nice on the 11th floor with views of river.we went out for a meal and arrived back about 9pm.the hotel has a bar above this floor and we heard every footstep and dancing above us and the music was as loud as if we were at the club.people were in and out of the lifts on our floor to go upstairs.there was no control with these people as they came from the street and were not guests at the hotel.so asked reception to move us.this they did thankfully. the hotel staff are really friendly and food was good.we managed to park outside which was also good."

"Great location for getting into Newcastle city centre, bus stops nearby and a metro stop about 10/15 minute walk away. Staff lovely, room big with a big comfortable bed, tea and coffee, safe. Bathroom sparkingly clean, great shower with lots of hot water. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again."

"Really impressed with Motel One. Better than expected. Reception staff were first class, explained everything clearly and succinctly and were very welcoming. Rooms were very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Location wise, obviously having the Bigg Market on the doorstep isn't ideal on a Friday or Saturday night, but room was quiet. I'd stay here again because value for money is outstanding."
