"Fabulous hotel in a great location! Good view from the 14th floor with views of the city. We had gorgeous time! The room was good but a little dusty! Breakfast was ok, room was too crammed and noisy and some of the breakfast items were cold and others not replaced. Service was very good! "

"Great experience. Well Located and exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue being very picky was having to wait for a parking space, but it only took 30mins. Overall one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Liverpool. "

"It was faded elegance lovely big rooms with high ceilings Lots of dust in the ceiling fan in the bathroom and the hair dryer didn’t sound too well can’t really say the beds were comfy overall for one night it was good for the price also breakfast was good "
