"This is an excellent hotel for so many things. It is in the old part of the city which is lovely and you can drive to it and park nearby without having to enter the Low Emission Zone of Bilbao. But at the same time it's right across the bridge from the "new" city, and a 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim and 30 minute walk to the ITSA Maritime Museum. "

"A nice quiet hotel, with a comfortable bed though there was not enough space to walk in the room. As noted by others, there is no tea or coffee making facilities and neither can the heating in the room be adjusted. This is quite inconvenient. "This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"

"Property is facing the river and the promenade, which is a nice aspect of the city. The hotel is across the water from the Guggenheim in Bilbao, and the stunning Zubizari bridge is directly outside the hotel. The rooms could be a bit better maintained as noticeable damage to the walls (scuff marks that need painting over) and the wood paneling (suitcases clearly knicked the wood paneling in my room), and the toilet paper holders are installed at 8 degree angle for some reason.
