My room was spacious and beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows that looked out over the city and museum. Waking up to that view was a highlight of the trip. The rooftop terrace was another gem—perfect for a quiet coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset with panoramic views. The staff were warm and professional, and the overall atmosphere was sophisticated yet welcoming. Although we were there during the blackout on April 28, 2025, it only lasted an hour. There was a backup generator and we had tv, internet, hot water and elevators"
