"Excellent location and superb staff. Breakfast buffet was simple and fresh. The room was ok, my particular room had some issue with the double glazing so there was condensation in between the glass panes, making the window hard to see through. This problem rectified itself in a few days as the temperature outside climbed higher. Comfy beds, and the mini fridge and coffee machine were nice touches. Would definitely stay again "

"The palace is located in the center of the town making it accessible to all forms of transportation. Being that the hotel is located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the old town, the noise didn’t bother me when I was in the hotel room. I also want to give a shout out to Luz, who prepared breakfast with the most delicious foods and baked goods! I can’t leave out the front desk staff either, they were all so helpful, joyful and friendly. "
