The hotel and my room was spotless, so clean. 5 minute walk from Estacon Intermodal de Bilbao, which is the main bus station, where you can catch busses to the airport and other cities / towns in Spain. (I went on a wonderful day trip to San Sebastian from there). The real stars of the hotel are Javier and Xavier, who work at the reception. They are such kind people, who went out of their way to help me on a regular basis with tips and ideas about what and where to explore, and each night they were keen to hear if I've enjoyed my day. I was so impressed with them.

Nice clean but small room. Bed was two singles pushed together rather than a double which wasn’t the comfiest. Staff very friendly and room was cleaned every day.

Nice staff. Room was comfortable, but not well isolated. Every time someone close shut the door of their room, it would be unbelievably loud for us, to rhe point our walls shook and we woke up. Also the guy in the next room was doing loud noises and yelling occasionally and it can be heard unfortunately

The hotel is worth the price you pay. Its location is close to the Bilbao bus terminal where you can arrive easily from Madrid in 4 hours. Using the "Autonomia" street you can walk to everywhere. Even you can walk to the city center and to the famous museum. I truly recommend this hotel. Kudos to Savier and the rest of front desk people. Great Location
This hotel provided exactly what is expected. The staff were lovely and helpful! The hotel was a short walk from the bus station which was perfect for onward travel and also lots of shops nearby.
