"The staff and food were fantastic. The hotel was being refurbished, but we were not informed about it, until we arrived. It involved, quite a convoluted detour around back stairs to get to our room, and those areas were very dusty. On the plus side, they did give a small discount as redress, but I felt it was still very overpriced for the stay."

"We received a very warm welcome by the duty managers. They were very understanding when we requested a later check in as we were traveling all the way from Inverness. Nothing was a problem at all. We stayed for two nights and breakfast both mornings was amazing. Thoroughly recommend staying at this lovely hotel. We will definitely be back when we can. "

"Wow what an amazing experience we had at East twin cottage carmichael, the property is a little dated but very clean and in an amazing location. We had deer field for our back garden and we even witnessed a deer give birth just meters away from us on quite morning! They people who run the business are so friendly and helpful.
