Even though it’s not a busy street, but Lisbon is a party town, so you’ll hear some street singing at night and early morning. Also, keep in mind, it is a guest house. "What a find! Centrally located in a "local traffic only" part of Lisbon. Surrounded by the livelyness of the city, this is a peaceful oasis in the midst of it all. We stayed in one of the one bedroom appartments in high season for a very reasonable price. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! "I stayed here for almost 3 weeks in December-January. First time staying here and was great. The apartment was an exceptional value and quite nice and i really liked the location. If you’re looking for quiet at night i wouls not stay here or anywhere in this area as you can sometimes hear sounds from the street at night. "The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here...

"Its near to town centre. Apartment has a moldy smell there was a leak in the upper apartment. The cleaner left a washing the dryer not even finished cleaning the apartment . Bedroom wasn't cleaned properly the floor wasn't wash and swiped coz underneath the bed was so dusty. No floor towel for the toilet and even hand towels. Beware coz they charge 30euro for cleaning. All together its fine."
