"The property itself is on a lovely spot. The views are to die, for it is easily walkable to all the historical aspects of Philadelphia. The only downsides were the incredible amounts of construction, which, obviously the hotel cannot control. There were several homeless who would be in the area and come into the hotel which unsettled our kids. The hotel was very kind to them and ask them to leave the lobby. "This is a very nice hotel which feels like it is right on Penn's campus. My one big complaint is the wood frames around the bed. They stick out SOOO far that myself and both of my two children got serious bruises during our ONE night stay. The interior designer should be forced to sleep in one of these beds for the rest of their painful lives!"
