"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel in Nottingham City Centre. We booked with Hotels.com and used our Tesco Clubcard points/vouchers to pay for the room. We booked a standard double room and when we arrived at the hotel the Front Desk staff had upgraded us to a Premium King room for free. This included mini-fridge with complementary soft drinks, king bed and slippers and bathrobes. The room was tastefully decorated and had great facilities. The water pressure was strong and the only downside was that the mattress was slightly too firm for my taste. We had the buffet breakfast included and the selection was plentiful and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next trip."

"Very lovely enclosed courtyard and parking area that was safe for dogs - lovely staff and facilities. Could offer dog food perhaps as some pubs do now!! (dog friendly sausage & mash for example)"
