"My family needed a place we could stay together for a wedding at Whaleback so we took a chance on this house in Goshen just a short ride away. We're all very glad we did. The house is charming and adorable with a great vibe to it. Close to Newport which has some great shops and restaurants. Beds are super comfortable and the house has everything you could possibly need. Impeccably clean and loaded with country charm. Hosts were great and very responsive. "We had a great time at this cozy Vt home !!! We especially loved the location and enjoyed relaxing on the porches ! The house was very clean and the beds so comfortable ! It was great to have a bedroom on the first floor and we really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom !! The owners were very welcoming and responsive to our questions and needs ! We would highly encourage anyone looking for a place to stay in the area, to stay here !! We are looking forward to another visit !!! "

"Property is what it is advertised-old farmhouse on a great piece of land. If you are looking for new this is not the place but if you want character, this is it. The house has plenty of bedrooms and a nice large dining room table. Outside is the real gem. The patio with the grill and ponds nearby is the place to hang out all day. "We had a wonderful stay at the cozy Kilburn cottage, originally a sheep barn turned into workers housing in the 40s. We are very familiar with this beautiful area so knew where we were going and the setting. The attached ‘cottage’ at the Inns rear wing is charming and was just what we needed for visiting family nearby. It had all we needed for the 3 adults staying over and a family visitor for dinner. "We went up to this area to do some skiing at Mount Sunapee. This cottage is close to the mountain, We wanted a dog friendly listing. This was perfect for our 3 labs and their crates and 3 adults. The mud room entrance is awesome for keeping the cottage clean and storing ski/snowboard boots. The cottage is beautifully decorated (like out of a magazine) and seems “like-new”. "The property is exactly like the pictures indicate. The house is in a friendly neighborhood outside of town. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The host responds to your messages in timely manner, and, she is very workable. Would definitely stay there again "

"The owner had the place ready to go when we arrived. It was a late arrival, but there were outside lights that were warm and inviting. Plenty of space for our party of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). Kitchen was welled stocked with cooking necessities, great hangout spaces in the basement and first floor, and a convenient space for ski boots and outer gear in the basement near parking. "Sat outside for a few minutes at a table and chairs at the fire was awesome. The person at check in was extremely welcoming, cookies in the lobby. People relaxing. Inside looks pretty and clean. Beds are pretty comfy, room is spacious. They accommodated my requests. The little store downstairs is perfect, have snacks, frozen meals, earrings and.. post cards!!!! Only a couple things is that the showers maybe need to be recocked? They look they arent as nice as everything else.Will definitely stay here again. Excited for breakfast. "
