"During this season of gratitude we felt so lucky to stay at such a well appointed and lovely home. Unlike many rental homes that are stripped of personality, this home was full of charm and lovingly designed touches. From the cookware to the bedding the home was welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen and living room in particular were of good size for our entire group to eat and relax comfortably each with its own fireplace. "

"This is our 3rd time staying here and we had a wonderful time!!! The house is cozy and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need ! The location is excellent , located next to the Grafton Inn, in the charming town of Grafton ! The Grafton Market is great and offers an excellent assortment of foods and household things !Vanessa is an excellent host , is very welcoming and leaves treats for you at the house!!I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting this area !We hope...

"We had a wonderful stay at the cozy Kilburn cottage, originally a sheep barn turned into workers housing in the 40s. We are very familiar with this beautiful area so knew where we were going and the setting. The attached ‘cottage’ at the Inns rear wing is charming and was just what we needed for visiting family nearby. It had all we needed for the 3 adults staying over and a family visitor for dinner. "Condo was great, cozy, and clean. Has access to the pool and hot tubs from back porch and has great Mountain View’s. The village had plenty of food, little expensive, but pretty good. Overall great place to stay and enjoy the mountain. "

"Never could get the wifi to work. I entered the code on the router 6 times but no luck. Would be helpful if you changed the password for the wifi to an easily entered name. The man who came to shovel unfortunately after we were stuck in the snow was very helpful and very nice.. He got us out."

"The tiny houses were cute and well equipped. They were ideal for 2 friends traveling together having their own space. I would definitely rent this property again. Only negative was having 3 empty propane tanks when we wanted to use the fire table(something to be added to the maintenance checklust) however once i text them they dropped a fresh tank off that same evening."
