"We booked this house for our friends & family to stay for our wedding and the place was perfect! It was clean and had more than enough space to house multiple family & friend groups. The hot tub & living room areas were wonderful. Our wedding cake was even baked in their kitchen!"

"We absolutely loved our stay and the local tips that Eric provided! The farmhouse is cute, the view is unbelievable, and there is a lot to do in the area, just drive 10-30 minutes in any direction! We had a great time hiking, stargazing, and drinking local beer. One note - cell phone service through Verizon is nonexistent in the whole area, and the WiFi did not work well for us the first day, so be sure to download the map of the area beforehand! "

"It is a great house. It’s been updated so it’s very confortable and everything works well, but the charm’s still intact!!! The spaces are all good and it has a great flow. The backyard is beautiful and the views are stunning!!! The host had left on the kitchen counter basics all locally produced and all kinds of Vermont goodies, cheeses and wine! She was very attentive to provide us with recommendations for local activities. We had a wonderful stay and would come back!"

"Property is what it is advertised-old farmhouse on a great piece of land. If you are looking for new this is not the place but if you want character, this is it. The house has plenty of bedrooms and a nice large dining room table. Outside is the real gem. The patio with the grill and ponds nearby is the place to hang out all day. "We loved staying here. Being able to do quick walks on the property with a senior dog and puppy was great. Each kid got their own room. Furniture in living room could have been better- only 1 couch - which doesn’t make it comfy for all 6 of us. That was the only issue. A little freaked about the parking but once there it was easy. Plenty of space to 3 point turn your car so you can pull straight out onto road."

"We loved our 3 night stay here at the farmhouse. Cozy, yet spacious with a beautiful view off he back deck. Mornings with coffee on the deck were so peaceful. We’d hear the occasional bleating of goats next door - quite the characters they are. My daughter and her friend absolutely loved the house from the second they walked in and insisted we come back next year. "We had a great time at this cozy Vt home !!! We especially loved the location and enjoyed relaxing on the porches ! The house was very clean and the beds so comfortable ! It was great to have a bedroom on the first floor and we really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom !! The owners were very welcoming and responsive to our questions and needs ! We would highly encourage anyone looking for a place to stay in the area, to stay here !! We are looking forward to another visit !!! "
