Nice check in with kind staff. No strong odors.
I do wish the bar area was open a bit later. Shows at Keene typically last until 10 and it would be great to have a beverage at our hotel.

Overall it was lovely! Convenient and good for our trip to the area. Room was beautiful and beds warm.
Our thermostat was broken and the room quite cold and uncomfortable (it just snowed out). We had to get the breaker reset and the acted like it happened all the time. The temperature was thence quite erratic and would cool down the almost immediately discomfort even downing it one or two degrees
The room was also fairly dim even with all the lights on. The restroom was small in relation to the room itself.
But again the staff were great, the overall facility nice and the breakfast nice and varied.
Didnt inform me of limited room cleaning, unlit path to distant parking lot, difficult process to get luggage in and out of hotel, noisy room, not worth the price which was inflated for leaf season..called Marriott to complain and no help.
The room and property were reasonably well maintained & clean. It’s a relatively minor nuisance, but several of the USB device charging sockets in the room were broken. For such a quaint New England town, the main street in front of the hotel was surprisingly noisy
We were in a lower level/basement room. Extremely heavy odor of cupboard freshener was present, I’m almost burning in my lungs. The place was booked, so there were no other options but we left at 6:30 AM just to get out of there. It was about to sleep in, but not much else.
