"My family needed a place we could stay together for a wedding at Whaleback so we took a chance on this house in Goshen just a short ride away. We're all very glad we did. The house is charming and adorable with a great vibe to it. Close to Newport which has some great shops and restaurants. Beds are super comfortable and the house has everything you could possibly need. Impeccably clean and loaded with country charm. Hosts were great and very responsive. Unlike many rental homes that are stripped of personality, this home was full of charm and lovingly designed touches. From the cookware to the bedding the home was welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen and living room in particular were of good size for our entire group to eat and relax comfortably each with its own fireplace. "

"Mid-December weekend wedding in town. Close to everything we need in including venue (Riverledge Farm). Walking distance to Phelps Barn Pub and the Grafton Inn. When I say walking I mean only a small block away. Very nice and friendly town. Host was very responsive prior to, during and after are stay. "

"My husband and I stayed with my parents and in-laws for one night in December. Everything was so wonderful! Excellent communication from the host, very clean, and a beautiful kitchen to make a meal in! Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the cozy Kilburn cottage, originally a sheep barn turned into workers housing in the 40s. We are very familiar with this beautiful area so knew where we were going and the setting. The attached ‘cottage’ at the Inns rear wing is charming and was just what we needed for visiting family nearby. It had all we needed for the 3 adults staying over and a family visitor for dinner. "We went up to this area to do some skiing at Mount Sunapee. This cottage is close to the mountain, We wanted a dog friendly listing. This was perfect for our 3 labs and their crates and 3 adults. The mud room entrance is awesome for keeping the cottage clean and storing ski/snowboard boots. The cottage is beautifully decorated (like out of a magazine) and seems “like-new”. "The property is exactly like the pictures indicate. The house is in a friendly neighborhood outside of town. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The host responds to your messages in timely manner, and, she is very workable. Would definitely stay there again "

"The tiny houses were cute and well equipped. They were ideal for 2 friends traveling together having their own space. I would definitely rent this property again. Only negative was having 3 empty propane tanks when we wanted to use the fire table(something to be added to the maintenance checklust) however once i text them they dropped a fresh tank off that same evening."

"All in all it was a great trip. The place was very cute and as described. The upstairs bedrooms are not for light sleepers as the walls only go so far up so they are not really divided. I had read this in other reveiws but honestly for us it wasn't a problem. We went as a family group and it was kind of nice to be able to lay in bed and talk to the others in the room next to you. When we got there the hot tub was so hot that we were not able to get in. Maybe a problem with the thermostat but...
