"Loved staying at the hotel. Location excellent - 2 tram stops from station (towards Nations) and down a side road on the right) and also walkable from main station. Room was wonderful - it was lovely to rest on the chaise lounge. Toiletries were high quality. Breakfast was scrumptious - a wide variety to suit all. Housekeeping team were so lovely. It was hot in the room and when I returned, there was a fan in the room. Thank you. Bonus - the hotel emailed the transport card so was able to use it from airport. Highly recommended and would return. "

"The hotel was lovely and in a great location within short walking distance of the train station and other transport links. the shops, restaurants and the lake. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the toilet because it did not have a sink and we found it inconvenient having to use the bathroom to wash our hands especially in the middle of the night but I think that it is quite common for toilets in Switzerland not to have a sink. However, I would recommend that the hotel leave some hand gel in the toilet. Also the gym was smaller than it looked in the picture e.g. 1 cross trainer and 2 treadmills 2 bikes and a few weights. However, the spa was lovely. "

"The airport location and frequent shuttle make this hotel perfect for arrival in Geneva. The restaurant is very good. The rooms, however, are pretty cramped."

"Great property with quick access to trains & all public transportation. Good convenient shopping and short walk to lake promenade. Room was very clean comfortable, a balcony and a full bathtub to boot!! Somewhat noisy at night but you’re in the heart so is to be expected. Really enjoyed my stay there. "
