This is a fabulous property and well-deserving of its 4 stars. Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). I had to talk with the front desk several times for personal reasons and they were nothing short of magnificent and helpful. The place was so clean and had lots of lovely space to breathe. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding customer service!
Hotel Lavaux is absolutely beautiful! We were warmly greeted by Isabel, whose customer service was outstanding! She was able to check us in one hour early, which was fantastic, as we had just arrived from the US. The view from our room is spectacular. I am so grateful to have found this beautiful hotel.

Clean and good design hotel. Beds were comfortable. Nice duvets pillows. Great! I regret that our room was mountain side, so I could not see the Lake Geneve but green wall. Anyway weather was foggy, so I cold not see the Lake Geneva.

Clean, simple and modern room. The gym Was also very good. The breakfast seemed very expensive for what was offered so we opted to eat elsewhere. The travel card is a great addition with the train station being a very short walk from the hotel. The views are spectacular.

This hotel is located on the roadside AND next to the railroad. So it's always noisy, unless it doesn't bother you while sleep. Otherwise, the rest was fine. Overall. I would give 3 stars to this place.
