"It was a very good location, right across the street from the beach. Pool was nice too. Ladies in the office were very accommodating. The bed was not very comfortable. Also, we pulled out the couch bed. We did not use it. Looked very uncomfortable."

"Location was great for our needs, dining, beach access & commuting. The unit itself (301) was ok but not the cleanest. The bathrooms were bad, not much effort was put into cleaning them. The water was hard & left a film on the eating utensils, also not great for showering. There was a broom, but no dust pan, mop but no bucket & not one piece of beach equipment (chairs,cooler,umbrella or even kids bucket/shovel). We like the unit location of unit as it was on the end. "Nice location and staff was excellent and friendly. Disappointed pool was down “until further notice” and that was not communicated before arrival. One elevator out but that was communicated and did not cause any problems. Property has done a nice cleanup after the hurricanes. Living area had comfortable furniture and kitchen had everything you could need. Very clean and great location. Would stay again. "

As listed in previous reviews, there was a few things that need repaired like the bathroom vents and the sliding glass door, but other than that this was perfect for our family of 4. The pool area was nice, but we did not utilize it much, because we were right on the beach! John’s Pass was just a quick 10 minute walk away. Our teens walked down there regularly as did us adults. This unit had beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and some sand toys...
