"The place was exactly as advertised. It needs a little love but the location is excellent and the staff very nice. The weather didn't cooperate so I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the property as much as I would have liked. . Cap Al has lots of beach items, chairs, beach towels for your use. Once again the location is excellent for beach walks and sunsets. It is walking distance to everything. I enjoyed my visit . Thank you "

"We had damage from the hurricanes this summer. When we were displaced from our home while our floors were replaced, we stayed in this lovely cottage. The property is lush and tropical with an old dog Sam who keeps a watch on things ; ) Our dog Ripley loved the fenced oasis and hanging out with Sam. Our friendly and helpful hosts, Tom and John, gave us great recommendations for places to walk to in the neighborhood. So, a very inconvenient displacement turned into a wonderful little staycation...

"We were in town for a swim meet at the north shore aquatic complex and this house was the perfect location. We could get to warm up at 7am in 10 mins tops and walk down and back when schedule permitted. It’s also close to amazing restaurants and the neighborhood was perfect for our dog! The house is super close to Crescent Lake, which is lovely - a path, pickleball and a dog park are all there. Will definitely return if we find ourselves back in St Pete. And to top that all off, Lisa is a GREAT...
