"First off, we had a great time. The unit was spacious, the back deck was massive, and the pool was great for the kids. And really, you can’t beat the location and amazing views. That being said the place is aging and showing signs of wear and tear. We are not super picky but we do like when things are well kept and we appreciate that packaged-fresh hotel feel and this place doesn’t offer that. You can definitely achieve that feeling in this area for the price but you’d likely sacrifice the pool...

"The property was very clean and well furnished. It’s a very short walk to Main St. and the waterfront. The screened back patio is a lovely oasis. Christine has thought about everything to make your stay comfortable. "

"This is a perfect luxury house to stay at. The beautiful decor and the cleanliness of the location was impeccable. My family and I stayed at this house for a long weekend. The walk to the beach was a block away with plenty of stores, restaurants and bars along the quiet and safe streets. Tina was an excellent host with her great communication and attentiveness. Highly recommend staying here for vacation or a perfect getaway. "

"The property was exactly as it was portrayed. It's definitely an older property and some of the furnishings are old as well. The weather was cold and rainy so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor deck or use the beach and all the toys they provided. The unit came equipped with a washer and dryer which was nice. Loved the parking situation underneath and there is definitely room for 3 vehicles if needed.Just a suggestion to the owner, it might be helpful to have more kitchen towels, cloths,...
