"Very nice apartment with good amenities (pool & gym) A couple of annoying things are that they only provide 1 card, despite being 2 travelers; they don't have luggage storage despite saying they do in the website, you cannot use the pool or gym once you have checked out. The last 2 things were very annoying as we had a late flight and wanted to use the facilities"

"There are opportunities for improvement in the general conditions and cleaning. Main bedroom on suite door was broken, dust in some areas, dirty light switches, air conditioning hot air exhaust duct broken. This is a very good property, but requires greater attention to be a 5 star place. I took photos in case you are interested."

"Super cute hotel and helpful staff. Suggestions: have a small table near the bathroom sink, and send communication in English for those traveling from the USA. I sent a request through Expedia prior to travel and never received a reply. We tried to call from the airport and no answer. An airport employee tried to call for us, and no answer. "

"The place was very clean, modern furniture, the staff was great and very friendly, and the coffee shop downstairs had plenty of great food to choose from, and delicious coffee. Keep in mind, this is not a hotel, you'll be getting an small studio for a few days, so cleaning service is upon request for an added charge. Would definitely recommend it, especially in that neighborhood, very nice area with a lot of walkable places nearby."

"This was a beautifully maintained property with lovely employees who were very helpful. I loved the outdoor area to have my coffee and the ability to use the kitchen to cook meals. While my room was small I really only ever used it to sleep as México city had so much to see! The shower remained hot which was a real plus. The area was great as it was far enough away from the 24 hour noise of this huge bustling city. II will return!"

"Nice place, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. It was small... i reserved for 5 people and it was 2 full-size beds and a pull out couch. Only 3 of us stayed there, and that was pretty tight! But location and price point was good and felt very safe."

"This hotel was absolutely amazing in terms of location and staff. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the food/drink items in the 24 hr cafe were included in the price of the hotel. The only items we had to pay for were wine and alcohol (other than beer, that was included). They had a good selection in the cafe and the staff there were so friendly and food/drinks were served promptly. The breakfast was a good selection of traditional American and Mexican dishes. The view overlooking the Zocalo was amazing, especially when the center was filled with people. And a special shout-out to Daniel, our doorman. He was the absolute best, so sweet and had the best smile! He was there to help us check in and check out and made sure that we were picked up promptly with our driver. Raul was also very helpful during pickup from the hotel to the airport. Overall, we would definitely stay again at this hotel because of the amenities, location and the staff. "
