"It was our first visit to Beitou and chose to stay here since we heard good reviews for their Yilan branch. The place was more modest than expected but service was top notch. The room is comfy for three of us and very clean and view was great. Location is also very central. The car drop off location is a bit tricky as it’s easy to miss. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was great from the hot spring tub in the room to the delicious breakfast buffet. The services provided by the front desk staff were especially impressive with Darren really going above and beyond to help us! We would definitely stay again at this hotel when we return to Taiwan."

"Available right at the doorstep of the hotel is a bus that can bring you to Yangmingshan. The in-room hot spring is great, but the hotel public spring needs improvement. Staff were amazing in helping us get our bearings and arrange for tours/services. Comfortable stay."

"The hotel has several termal pools open to guesst 'till 10 PM, they have different temperature you can choose between. After going around the whole day for sightseeing, you can relax in one of the pool, before going to sleep."

"The in room onsen was glorious after a long flight. It was easy to get picked up from station in the free shuttle (using MRT payphone for free - ask in the ticket booth) Very pretty room & lovely surrounding countryside. "
