Very small car will have trouble fitting in the garage but there is parking next to the unit and friendly neighbors. Loved that owner provided beach chairs, a volleyball, boogie boards and was easy to reach with questions. Its close to Rays to rent bikes for the day and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. "
