It was pouring rain when we left and we were struggling to get everything out to the cars. The housekeeper said we could park under the garage overhang to load our things and even helped us get our wagon undercover. I would say my only dislike was not having window coverings on the kitchen windows. They face the...

"This is a beautiful little beach cottage situated just 2 1/2 blocks from a lovely beach! It was easy to check in and the neighborhood was quiet with the exception of airplanes which we easily drown out by leaving the bathroom fan on! We visited the zoo, Balboa Park museums, Point Loma Tide Pools , Cabrillo National Monument, and of course, the beach! My only complaint is that our stay was too short!"

"Fabulous location. You can walk to the beach, grocery, restaurants. Easy to drive to the zoo, Sea World, Old Town. If there is any downside at all, it’s the parking. We always found a place on the block, but you have to pay attention to times. I would book again!"
