"Customer service was excellent and check-in was very easy. You can tell they clean the room very well, but when you start looking closely, it looks like the hotel has a very serious black mold problem. I could see it under the toilet, but only because I used the bathtub. You could see it in the baseboards that have been painted over, coming out in some of the tiles, etc. I spent $200 for a night. But I would rather spend $50 more to stay in a hotel that didn’t have mold. So if you need a place...

"Upon arrival we had a long wait since we arrived at the same time as others. The gentleman checking us in was nice, apologized for the wait and helped us quick and efficiently. The room looks nice, but the smell of the room when you walked in was musty or moldy, not quite sure. We ran the fan all night and were all really tired so didn't hear any noise and we were next to the elevator. Floors were a little dirty, and there are mold spores in the bathroom that have not been wiped with bleach...
