The place was really nice, I liked parking was free, continental breakfast could be better if there was someone taking care of it, it was all messy and dirty, not stocked enough. The guy who checked us in was terrible, he was on a call on his personal phone while he just gave us the keys to the room, he just pointed with his hand which direction to go. He never told us about breakfast. He didn’t give us instructions about the hotel. I work at the front desk on a resort/hotel and I know this is not the correct way to serve guests.
We asked him if we could split out balance in 2 cards, I don’t know what kind of sistem they use, but he just say “no” on a rude way, like if he just didn’t wanted to help.
The room was ok but you were able to see how bathroom was splashed, and not totally clean, I guess for being close to Manhattan beach and the accesible location the price is worth it, keep on mind you will prefer to go out to have breakfast.
