"The hotel facilities were nice. The private hot tub on the patio was amazing. We were so happy we chose the room we did. Our mini fridge didn't work and when we told the employee at the front desk, he actually just shrugged his shoulders and didn't respond. We mentioned we had purchased food items because we expected to have the fridge. And he didn't respond. So our food spoiled and our plans for having a few things in our room were ruined.
