"Room was very nice, including robesn heated towel bar, upscale shower. Property had hot mineral pool and heated pool. Facility was in multiple buildings. It is near Eat Street with lots of restaurant options, but one open bar had loud music until midnight."

"The views from the common area were beautiful. However, our room was tiny, no space to move about in at all. The breakfast provided was good but the spread somewhat stingy. You had to ask for that second cup of coffee for example, and the cold cuts and cheeses platter looked meager."

"Great value for money and excellent service from host Iris. Lodge is a little dated but it’s huge with plenty of activities from a pool, snooker/pool table, gym, gaming devices, tennis courts and extensive grounds. Location is handy to main highways, some of the key attractions and only 20 mins into central Rotorua. Would definitely stay here again."
