"This is a super place to come and unwind - we have stayed here on a number of occasions. Everyone v helpful. Food is good in the hotel and also restaurants and food court an easy walk. Recommended. "

"The location is unbeatable with walking distance to a mall, public market, street food, upside down museum, and chow jetty. I can hear people upstairs and in the hallway but it is okay since we do not stay in the room for too long. The room’s downside is the small vanity sink was leaking water in the back and it splashes to the toilet paper holder next to it when we use it. It is an awesome stay overall!"

"We absolutely loved this hotel - the room was spacious and well kept and stocked. Shout out to our daily room attendant, Momin who was very pleasant and responsive/perceptive to our needs. Loved the pool and the garden and whole property including the spa where you get your services in your own mini villa - that’s luxury! The pool was also amazing with excellent service for food and drinks and towels. Every morning as soon as they saw us they would walk over with the towels and set up the loungers for us. When it got busy we noticed that the attendants would work hard to find loungers for everyone including bringing chairs over from another area to the pool area. Saved the best for last - the food is incredible - the selection especially of local foods/dishes and taste! Shout out to the dining room manager, Vijay who seemed to be there all the time and working hard to provide the best service to us guests. For us, this was a hotel that clearly goes above and beyond so kudos - keep it up, we will definitely be back and strongly recommend it to family and friends!"

"Hotel staff were great especially the concierge and restaurant staff. Helpful and very knowledgeable. Staff spoke English very well my Malay is terrible. Room large and well appointed. Pool nice. I would stay here again. Close to the things I needed."

"Lovely place to stay. Walking distance to most attractions. Grab is very inexpensive. Happy hour beer is the best prices anywhere in town. Only downside for me was the bed was hard but the shower was great. Staff were outstanding. "
