Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! As a single traveler, I sometimes feel slighted, but definitely did not feel that here! And the grounds are gorgeous! Totally recommend room 263!! It has a balcony and monkeys came right to me every morning!

Rooms excellent as as most of the hotel except pool/garden area and sun beds very tired. Breakfast was a manic experience and not enjoyable. Excellent beach bar and staff very attentive. Outside of the hotel very run down area, not as nice as videos seem to dipict.

Under my circumstances the hotel was beautiful. Careful in the sun. I got a little sunburned because of a lack of enough umbrellas. But great place. Prices in bar and restaurants a bit high.
