Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! As a single traveler, I sometimes feel slighted, but definitely did not feel that here! And the grounds are gorgeous! Totally recommend room 263!! It has a balcony and monkeys came right to me every morning!

Rooms excellent as as most of the hotel except pool/garden area and sun beds very tired. Breakfast was a manic experience and not enjoyable. Excellent beach bar and staff very attentive. Outside of the hotel very run down area, not as nice as videos seem to dipict.

Under my circumstances the hotel was beautiful. Careful in the sun. I got a little sunburned because of a lack of enough umbrellas. But great place. Prices in bar and restaurants a bit high. Happy with the service. Happy with smoking zones. Very warm temperature in the pool wich was nice. But a SHOUTOUT to afzal who was cleaning our room 360.. he made us enjoy our stay so much more with his creativity with the towels. The staff are so genuinely friendly and helpful. The resort is arranged so you don’t have to leave to get food or go to the beach as you have direct beach access, though I did get out to do some exploration.
