"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning....

"My room was well- equipped and maintained and bed very comfortable. The blackout blinds do a great job. I didn’t pre-book breakfast but bought one several times. Good choice, good quality and good value.. "

"This was in a great location for me. Easy to walk to all my tours and to get to the heart of downtown dublin. It was in a good spot and the staff was very friendly and helpful. sheets were a bit scratchy, but the room was nice. Good amenities like a fridge and able to cook if needed. The only thing was there is no safe to keep belongings like your passport, money and laptop and there was no extra physical lock on the door just a button to lock it. "We had a wonderful stay at the Ruby Molly Hotel in Dublin. The staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which set the tone for the entire visit. The rooms were spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed—sleek without feeling cold. I especially appreciated how quiet and calm the location was; it’s just far enough from the busiest parts of the city to feel peaceful, yet still within easy walking distance to everything you’d want to see or do. The Irish breakfast was absolutely delicious—hearty and satisfying, the perfect start to a day of exploring. And right across the street is a charming little bakery that makes the best cardamom knots I’ve ever had. The area felt safe at all hours, which made coming and going stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dublin—it’s stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located."
