No phone in the room, OK, everyone has mobile phones these days, but also no card in the room with the phone number to call if help was needed. Luckily I had asked at the desk and had it, because I had to call at 11 PM because of very noisy neighbors. They handled it quickly. Perhaps a “Quiet Hours” policy would be helpful. "

"We booked this hotel to stay at while we were up in NewYork for the Buffalo Bills game. We were very happy with the room condition and all of the attendants were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall we had a very good stay and will probably book again next time we are back up for a get away. "
