"Lack of a bathmat and washcloths was inconvenient. Having to plug in the TV and microwave was confusing. No phone in the room, OK, everyone has mobile phones these days, but also no card in the room with the phone number to call if help was needed. Luckily I had asked at the desk and had it, because I had to call at 11 PM because of very noisy neighbors. They handled it quickly. Perhaps a “Quiet Hours” policy would be helpful. "
