"Arthur at the front desk was super helpful, courteous and thoughtful to give us extra towels when we checked in. He explained all amenities and answered any questions we had. Appreciate his warm hospitality and friendly face, gave me the best first impression of the Hotel! The room was large, spacious, and very clean. The small details like the two low pieces of furniture to place your suitcase on. Loved the comfy arm chair and beds with an extra comforter already available in the closet. The bathroom was also large and with nice partition between sink and toilet and a huge bathtub with adequate lighting. "Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. Kitchen is a bit under stocked, but we ordered pizza and wings from Daryl's. Decor of Barn wood with early industrial fixtures fits the cottage well, the modern art is an interesting add. Jennifer was easy to work with and responsive. Overall, a good value and we would stay again."
