Welcome to the Letchworth Gate House!!

This secluded property places you at the doorstep of Letchworth State Park in Western NY, less than one hour from Niagara Falls and Finger Lakes Wineries.

This charming 1500 sq. ft. countryside home is fully furnished for your convenience including bed & bath linens, kitchenware and laundry room. In addition to the living space, the basement recreation room includes a pool table, ping pong table and Foosball for those occasional rainy days.

Enjoy fun filled days exploring Letchworth Park, Niagara Falls or visiting local shops & eateries. You may just find the most memorable part of your visit will be relaxing with family and good friends around the soft glow of a campfire.

Letchworth State Park renowned as the "Grand Canyon of the East," is one of the most scenically magnificent areas in the eastern U.S. The Genesee River roars through the gorge over three major waterfalls between cliffs--as high as 600 feet in some places--surrounded by lush forests. Hikers can choose among 66 miles of hiking trails. Trails are also available for horseback riding, biking, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.

Letchworth offers nature, history and performing arts programs, guided tours, whitewater rafting, kayaking, a pool for swimming and hot air ballooning.

Letchworth Park won the USA TODAY’s Readers' Choice Award for Best State Park in the United States!

Great location for access to Letchworth. It IS immediately outside the gate, no exaggeration! Also far enough from town and neighbors to provide a relaxing time away, but close enough to town in case you forget something for your trip.

Family Weekend Trip
We had a perfect weekend away, with grandparents and college age kids! The house was the situated in on a beautiful piece of land. We had the best time visiting Letchworth State park, visiting our son at Geneseo, and enjoyed many of the local restaurants. The downstairs game room was definitely the perfect way for us to end our busy days.

My family loved the location, central to our family in the area, walking distance to Letchworth state park and only 1.5 hours to Niagara Falls. What we liked most was the spacious, private back yard and the game room in the basement.

The Gate House was awesome and the location was great since we wanted to spend our days in Letchworth. The house was the perfect place to return to after a day of hiking. It was quiet and very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. I would highly recommend the Gate House!

Property was great for our family trip. We did a lot of activities in Letchworth so being so close to the entrance was great. Kids loved the game room in the basement. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook dinner together a few nights of our stay. Overall nice property.

Letchworth getaway
This property has everything you need to enjoy a visit to Letchworth State Park. It's located in a very quiet area just outside the Perry entrance to the park, and gas/groceries are a 10 minute drive away. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the outdoor firepit or the game room in the basement, but those are nice amenities that make this a really special property. Thanks Ron!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Owner was fantastic. The house and property were cleaned well and in very good condition. The property is conveniently located just outside the Letchworth Park entrance and about 10 minutes from Downtown Perry and Silver Lake. Loved the game room in the basement except for the musty smell.

Awesome grand kid camp
Endless things to do.We could have just stayed on the property with more than 15 fun activities for the grandkids. We had Letchworth State Park, Silver Lake, Walcott Farm horse back riding, Drive in theater and more. The accomidations compared to our cost per night made this, our 21 annual camp, one of our most fun.
